Prior to founding Be Structured in 2007, Chad enjoyed an outstanding career in IT that includes the Mayo Clinic, building an IT department from scratch for a healthcare start-up that grew to over 100 employees and 20 locations, and consulting for many non-profit organizations. In those years he saw that small businesses and organizations, especially those under 100 employees, have struggled to get the support they need for the technology that runs their business. He started Be Structured to be an agent for change, helping small businesses and organizations thrive. Chad loves being virtual CTO for our clients, where he sits with leadership and plans for their growth – together. He is an avid runner (ultra long distance) and audiophile.
